Why are we doing this?

Downloading videos from YouTube or different social media can be accomplished using various tools and services, each offering unique features and functionalities. Some downloaders may include unwanted software or malware, collect personal information. It's advisable to download software from reputable sources and use antivirus protection.

Digital Innovation Lab will automatically receive your certification and will start the process of granting you access to the InnoGrab tool.

Report Issues

The most common causes of errors:

  • Your internet connection is unstable.
  • The type of link you are submitting is not supported by the service.
  • The video is private, deleted, or limited to one country.

If you notice problems using the service, please report it using this form.

How to get access

We grant access only after you pass the test in the Academy. Once completed, we will automatically receive your certification and begin the process of granting you access. If you encounter any issues, the best way to reach us is by emailing us at innovationlab@rferl.org.

!Please note that access is granted by the IT Security team, and to avoid overloading the system, requests are processed in batches rather than individually. For this reason, we kindly ask teams to use a centralized approach: instead of sending individual requests one by one, please have your manager or editor share a consolidated list of everyone who requires access. This will help us handle the request more efficiently and speed up the process.
